  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
