- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 8 skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and oregano.
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and add them to the marinade. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden color.
