- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup apple cider
