- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add chicken broth and gnocchi; cook until gnocchi float to the surface.
- Stir in cheese and heavy cream until melted and combined.
- Add chopped bacon, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot.
