  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place cod filets in a baking dish and pour the coconut mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
