Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1 whole grain bread roll
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the top off the bread roll and hollow out the inside.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. Layer the bottom of the bread with chicken ham, followed by the bacon bits.
  5. Crack an egg into the hollowed bread and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with cheese and chives.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the egg is set.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can mix in some spinach or bell peppers.
