A delicious and easy-to-make Bang Bang Chicken Bowl that features turkey bacon for a healthier twist!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, carrots, and chopped green onions.
  4. Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the rice mixture and stir well.
  5. Top the rice mixture with sliced chicken and crispy turkey bacon.
  6. Garnish with cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe can easily be adjusted for your favorite vegetables.
  • For a spicier version, add some sriracha sauce.
