- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, carrots, and chopped green onions.
