  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned; remove from skillet.
  4. Add broccoli, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet.
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  7. Finally, add the lo mein noodles and toss until well combined and heated through.
