Beef and Cheese Casserole

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and beef broth, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Add the macaroni to the beef mixture, and stir well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
