  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/3 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions, and Thousand Island dressing. Mix well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
