  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and vegetable oil until combined.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
