1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
4 slices turkey bacon
2 cups chicken ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched vegetables, chicken ham, crumbled turkey bacon, cheese, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables such as bell peppers or zucchini.
You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
