- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter and pour over the cauliflower, tossing to coat.
- Roast in the oven for 25 minutes or until tender.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
- Once the cauliflower is done, remove from oven and pour the cream mixture over it.
