This creamy Butter Cauliflower dish is rich, flavorful and sure to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt the butter and pour over the cauliflower, tossing to coat.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes or until tender.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
  6. Once the cauliflower is done, remove from oven and pour the cream mixture over it.
  7. Toss to combine and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
