- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
