  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir in the cream of mushroom soup.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked rice and beef broth with the beef mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, uncover, and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
