Chicken Buttered Noodles

A delicious and comforting chicken buttered noodle recipe that incorporates turkey bacon for added flavor.

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and turkey bacon to the pot and sauté for a few minutes until heated through.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and season with black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pot and toss to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add more butter or cheese as desired.
