Chicken Cordon Bleu

A delicious twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu using turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, eggs, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the chicken mixture into patties and coat each with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
  • Adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
