  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth and potatoes; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Whisk together flour and cream; add to the pot, stirring until thickened.
