  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and potatoes, and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Add frozen peas, thyme, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
