- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
