  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, chicken, turkey bacon, soup, broth, peas and carrots, and seasonings.
  3. Mix until well combined and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until heated through.

Notes

  • For a creamier casserole, add more cream of mushroom soup.
