Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger and stir for another minute.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add broccoli and cook until just tender.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil before serving.
