Classic Spicy Moroccan Fish

  • 4 fillets white fish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic and diced tomatoes to the spice mixture and stir well.
  4. Place fish fillets in a baking dish and spread the spice mixture over them.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the fish is flaky.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a milder flavor, reduce cayenne pepper.
