A deliciously indulgent coconut dome treat that is simple to make at home.

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into dome shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  5. While the domes are cooling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip the cooled coconut domes in the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  7. Let the chocolate set before serving.
