- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, half of the shredded cheese, and seasonings.
- Soften the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
