A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for brunch or special occasions.

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add in the chicken ham, bell peppers, onions, turkey bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the mixture.
  • This casserole can be made a day ahead and baked in the morning.
