- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add in the chicken ham, bell peppers, onions, turkey bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
