Cranberry Apple Coleslaw

  • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, apples, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
