  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, diced

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked turkey bacon back to the pot, and season with salt and pepper.
