  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring continuously until smooth.
  6. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Add heavy cream, chicken ham, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Stir to combine.
  8. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
