  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.

  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and thyme, cook until mushrooms are softened.
