  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it.
