Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until fully cooked, about 20 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and add to the pot.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
