Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook chicken breast until browned and cooked through; remove and slice.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the sauce; mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper; serve hot, garnished with parsley.
