Creamy Garlic Parmesan Tortellini

A deliciously creamy garlic parmesan tortellini dish with the added flavor of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 package tortellini
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked tortellini and chopped turkey bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
