- 2 cups diced onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups wide egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
