  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
