  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Stir in the ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
