- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pot and crumble.
- Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pot. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, chicken broth, and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon. Cook until heated through.
- Stir in fresh basil before serving.
