  • 2 cups diced roasted butternut squash
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, add the orzo and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, add the roasted butternut squash, and simmer until the orzo is tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese; stir well.
