Creamy Rotel Pasta

A deliciously creamy pasta dish featuring Rotel, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add the chicken ham and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta and shredded cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding some chopped green onions as a garnish.
  • Adjust the spice level by choosing a spicier or milder variety of Rotel.
