Creamy Rotel Pasta

A deliciously creamy pasta dish featuring Rotel, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in chicken ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, then add the Rotel tomatoes.
  6. Mix well and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted.
  8. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve warm.
