- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup Rotel diced tomatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Stir in chicken ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, then add the Rotel tomatoes.
- Mix well and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
