Creamy Salmon Pasta

A delicious and simple recipe for creamy salmon pasta enriched with turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and salmon fillet. Cook until salmon is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine and turkey bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
