  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix the cooked chicken, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper, fold over and seal the edges with water.
  4. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove them and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with additional pico de gallo and sour cream.
