  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic; cook until the turkey is no longer pink.
  3. Transfer the turkey mixture to the Crock Pot.
  4. Add the macaroni, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir to combine, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Before serving, stir in the chopped turkey bacon for added flavor.
