A delicious and simple croissant bake featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham that is perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 6 croissants
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Cut croissants in half and layer in the baking dish.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then layer over the croissants.
  5. Layer the chicken ham on top of the bacon.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  8. Top with shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let it cool slightly before serving.
