  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic and bell pepper until soft.
  4. Add diced chicken ham and cooked pasta, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese; stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped turkey bacon back to the skillet.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
