Deviled Eggs Recipe

This deviled eggs recipe features a delicious twist with turkey bacon and chicken ham, making it a perfect appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 slices chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove it from heat. Let it sit for 12 minutes.
  3. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them.
  4. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks, placing them in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, turkey bacon, chicken ham, chives, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Garnish with additional chives or crumbled bacon, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
  • Experiment with different herbs and spices for varied flavors.
