- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting
