- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup peas
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
