Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, peas, and seasonings, then cover and cook for another 5 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  5. Fluff with a fork and garnish with green onions before serving.
