- 1 pound ground turkey
- 5 strips turkey bacon
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 package tortilla chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa to the skillet and stir well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips on the bottom.
- Pour half of the turkey mixture over the chips, followed by half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, turkey mixture, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
